Vaccines are not required for conference attendees but are strongly encouraged. Based upon current conditions at the time of the Annual Convention, ACOFP reserves the right to require negative COVID tests and/or mandatory mask-wearing during the event.
ACOFP shall have full authority regarding the interpretation, amendment, and enforcement of all rules and regulations governing the event. All decisions and interpretations made by ACOFP are final. Any amendments to this Contract with the conference supporter must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be binding. ACOFP shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in the enforcement of this Contract.
Attendees may be photographed, recorded, or filmed during the conference. By participating, attendees grant ACOFP permission to use such images and recordings for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. Recording, photographing, or distributing conference content without prior authorization from ACOFP is strictly prohibited.
ACOFP values and respects the privacy of all conference participants. Personal information collected during registration and participation will be used solely for purposes related to the event, such as communication, session access, and engagement with exhibitors or sponsors (when consent is provided). ACOFP does not sell attendee data to third parties. Any sharing of information is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only with trusted partners who support conference operations. By registering for this event, attendees consent to the collection and use of their information as outlined in ACOFP’s Privacy Policy.
All conference materials, including presentations, session recordings, handouts, logos, and other content, are the intellectual property of ACOFP and/or the individual presenters. These materials are provided solely for personal, educational use by registered attendees. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication of any conference content—whether in print, digital, or recorded form—without prior written permission from ACOFP or the respective copyright owner is strictly prohibited. Use of the ACOFP name, logo, or branding without authorization is also not permitted.
