ACOFP makes every effort to keep participants expenses at the meeting, registration fees, and hotel rooms for the meeting as low as possible. We work hard to negotiate the best hotel rates and to make the best use of your registration dollars to keep the meetings affordable. When anyone pays the registration fee and reserves a room with an official ACOFP hotel, you are helping to support not only the ACOFP Convention in 2025, but also future meetings. ACOFP welcomes the participation of students, residents, physicians, and allied health professionals in ACOFP ’25.
Available savings
- For students and residents: registration is free. Additional travel stipends may be available.
- For new physicians-in-practice (years 1-5) and Associate members: discounted registration is available.
- For any other ACOFP members: receive a discount from the nonmember registration rate.
- For ACOFP speakers: a discounted registration rate is available.
