About Annie DeVries:
Biography & Education
Annie DeVries is the Executive Assistant/Governance at the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) and has been serving in this role since October 2013. She provides support to the Executive Director, President, and the Board of Governors. She coordinates the activities of the Executive Office and serves as a key point of contact for the Board, leaders, and staff. She also manages the planning for the Congress of Delegates, Leadership Development Committee, and the Annual Committee Appointment Process.
Prior to ACOFP, Annie worked at the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) as an Administrative Assistant and for Freeman as an Exhibitor Sales Coordinator. She graduated from Benedictine University with a BA in Management and is also a member of Association Forum and the American Society of Association Executives.
Outside of ACOFP, Annie spends most of her time with her dog Jax. You may happen to see him if you’re on a zoom call with her as he tends to go in “desk jail” when he gets in trouble for barking. Annie and Jax love going to dog friendly places, especially the neighborhood brewery.
