How Much Does It Cost?
Organizational membership is a 10% discount on the price of membership. The price below is per joining member.
- Physicians > 5 years in practice: $355.50 per individual
- Physicians < 5 years in practice: $180 per individual
- Care Team (associate members): $135 per individual
Who Is Eligible?
Organizational members:
- Eligible organizations may include academic institutions, companies, or group practices whose activities involve cooperation with osteopathic family physicians through their programs or services. These organizations also contribute to the field of osteopathic family medicine through educational initiatives, research support, or professional collaborations.
- Eligible organizations may also include entities interested in supporting ACOFP's mission and goals.
- Organizations as an entity may NOT vote as delegates or hold office.
- Organizations are eligible for organizational membership if they have a minimum of two ACOFP members.
