About Traci-lyn Eisenberg:
Biography & Education
Dr. Eisenberg is the medical director of the Digital Wellness Center for Premise Health, where she practices full-time telemedicine across the entire country.
Dr. Eisenberg graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Broward Health Medical Center, where she served as chief resident.
She then stayed on as faculty in the family medicine department before departing for her current role. She is the immediate Past President of the Florida Society of ACOFP and continues to serve as co-convention chair.
