Award Criteria
- Active ACOFP resident member in good standing.
- Currently enrolled in either an AOA accredited family medicine residency training program or an ACGME accredited family medicine residency training program with osteopathic recognition.
- A commendable record of academic achievement and a clear demonstration of their motivation to pursue careers in osteopathic family medicine.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- A personal statement of 500 to 650 words that outlines your career aspirations in osteopathic family medicine. Discuss your vision, goals, and dedication to continuing the legacy of Dr. Kushner, highlighting how you plan to contribute to his enduring influence in the field.
