This award pays tribute to the enduring legacy of Dr. Sander A. Award Criteria
- Must be an ACOFP resident member in good standing.
- Must be currently enrolled in either an AOA accredited family medicine residency training program or an ACGME accredited family medicine residency training program with osteopathic recognition.
- Have a commendable record of academic achievement and a clear demonstration of their motivation to pursue careers in osteopathic family medicine.
Application Requirements include:
- Completed online application.
- Current CV.
- Submit a personal statement (500–650 words) detailing your career aspirations in osteopathic family medicine. Share your vision and goals for the future and describe your commitment to upholding and advancing the legacy of Dr. Kushner. Be sure to highlight how you intend to contribute to his lasting impact on the field.
