The Illinois Society of the ACOFP is a network of osteopathic family physicians dedicated to providing expert advice and service. We actively represent the rights and interests of osteopathic family physicians and help preserve the freedom to provide the best care to their patients.
We work with our members to provide all of the resources possible to receive the latest information on practical and technical advances in osteopathic family medical practice, continuing medical education to provide for continued learning opportunities, and a wide variety of specific member services designed to help our members who have chosen to specialize in family practice and osteopathic manipulative treatment.
