Residency Program: Inspira Health Network Ascension Providence Hospital in Vineland, New Jersey

Why did you choose family medicine?

I value preventative medicine and helping to navigate patients through the world of medicine. I love educating patients and helping them understand how to manage their chronic diseases.

Why did you choose this residency program?

My residency program is fast-paced, and the patient population provides an excellent experience. My program director takes a vested interest in each resident and helps them reach their goals.

What is a typical day like in your life as a resident?

I wake up in the morning and go to the gym before heading to the clinic. I see a variety of patients in the clinic and enjoy a day with my co-residents learning and treating patients. I come home and like to explore the city!

What do you like to do in your time outside of residency?

I love working out and trying new exercise classes.

Why did you volunteer to join the Resident Council?

To help resident voices be heard on a national level.

What do you like most about ACOFP?

ACOFP advocates for our profession so well and provides valuable resources and information.

What is your one word of advice to students?

No matter how difficult the journey, don't lose who you are and the things you are passionate about.
