What is a typical day like in your life as a resident?
Depending on the day, I go in the morning to my scheduled rotation. Then make sure to grab lunch before going back to my rotation in the afternoon. If we have clinic, then I go to the clinic instead, then head to my rotation after, and vice versa.

Spend time with my amazing wife, play basketball, dance, or watch Bollywood.

Why did you volunteer to join the Resident Council?
To make a difference in the family medicine community on the resident side by being able to communicate changes and concerns to ACOFP and to the residents.

If you could choose anyone, who would you pick as your mentor?
If I could choose anyone as my mentor in medicine, I would pick Dr. Atul Gawande. His extensive experience as a surgeon, author, and healthcare researcher, coupled with his emphasis on patient-centered care and improving healthcare systems, make him an exceptional mentor. Learning from his insights and perspectives would inspire me to enhance my clinical skills, cultivate compassion, and drive positive change in the field of medicine.

What would you title an autobiography or memoir?
The title of my autobiography or memoir would be Unveiling the Tapestry: A Journey of Challenges and Triumphs. This title encapsulates the essence of my life story, showcasing the struggles I faced and the victories I achieved along the way, ultimately revealing the intricate and beautiful narrative of my existence.
