Tools that support osteopathic recognition
ACOFP and the Assembly of Osteopathic Graduate Medical Education (AOGME)/AACOM have teamed up to support programs seeking Osteopathic Recognition.
We've compiled a toolkit of resources and sample evaluations to assist programs in achieving this recognition. These tools are designed to inspire and provide examples for building evaluations tailored to individual programs.
Our goal: To simplify the recognition process and aid in educating the next generation of osteopathically trained physicians.
To get started, access the tools below.
Disclaimer:
The sample forms and documents are provided to serve as a resource for you to create forms and documents specific to the requirements of your residency program specialty. The forms and documents are a guide and should be customized to meet ACGME Osteopathic Recognition requirements.
As requirements change and are ultimately determined by the Osteopathic Principles Committee, AACOM/AOGME and ACOFP do not warrant the recognition approval of any program or institution that has used the sample evaluation forms.
